For Best Results:

When applying to feet, it is best to exfoliate prior to application. Use sparingly as O'Keeffe's products are concentrated, and you do not need much to get optimal results. The product works best if applied at bedtime or after getting out of the shower (ideally both). These are the most advantageous times because your skin temperature is a little higher during these periods, which is going to optimize absorption.

If recommended usage is followed, you should begin to see significant improvement within days.

Mild stinging of abraded skin is normal. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
